Doktorand
Institut für Europäische Ethnologie
Aju John researches the co-constitution of migration and precarious work and campaigns for greater sensitivity to migrant precarity in labour and social policy. The project that he co-organises, Migrant*innen für Menschenwürdige Arbeit has been shaped by his experiences of organising South Asian food delivery workers in Berlin. He is also the host and producer of the Delivery Charge podcast, which narrates the stories of worker resistance in platform work.
