HUMAN – The Theme of LABOR.A® 2026:

We can shape the work of the future. With this year’s theme, LABOR.A® aims to open a space for consistently taking humans as the starting point and normative center of the work worlds of the future. HUMAN is not designed as an alternative model to digitalization nor as a nostalgic appeal. It seeks to deliberately challenge a logic that prioritizes efficiency and profit above all else. The goal is to consistently think about transformation from the perspective of humans who are affected by it.
