Registration and participation in the conference is free of charge. Catering during the event will be provided by the organizer. Travel and accommodation costs will not be covered.

Photo, Film, and Sound Recordings

Photo, film, and sound recordings made during the event may be used for public relations and documentation purposes. These recordings may be published both in the print media, as well as on the Internet and social media. They may also be made available to print media, TV, and radio for further use. By attending the event, participants agree to these terms.
