From Paper To Power: Implementing Workplace Data Rights | LABOR.A® 2025
The GDPR offers the opportunity for national data protection laws. However, all attempts to date have failed. The big question is how we can still adequately protect the rights of employees and implement measures to protect their rights. Political will is needed here, but corporate responsibility is also required, especially in view of the new technologies that enable both monitoring and protection of employees and represent progress in equal measure.
