AI can learn anything. Provided the data is right. And that's where it gets tricky: the use and development of AI-based applications in the workplace can only be as fair as the data used to train them. How fair is data? Who selects it? Can achievements by employees aimed at balancing power be maintained—or even strengthened—in this next phase of digitalisation? What role does AI play in upholding or violating principles of justice in modern societies?
